Payment Terms
4.1 All services are billed in advance. We send an invoice directly or we can accept online payments via payment link. We also offer direct debit payment options with a minimum term of:

4.2 Failure to make payment will result in the cancellation of services. Any unpaid balances will remain due, and we reserve the right to use debt collection services to recover amounts owed. If you miss three consecutive monthly payments for services (e.g., website hosting), the service may be terminated, and the debt will be sent for collection.
Refund Policy
5.1 You have 3 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. After this period, a refund may not be granted unless valid reasons are provided.
5.2 If eligible for a refund, a 15% deduction will apply to cover the initial efforts of our team. Refunds requested outside the 3-day period may be declined.
5.3 To request a refund, contact us with details of your request and any supporting documentation.
Acceptable Use
6.1 You must not: (a) use the Site in a way that could damage or impair its performance;
(b) use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
